To whom it may concern, I have concluded that the only good contact method for reaching you guys is through gfy! I left a message with your phone operator, and sent over email last week...STILL NO RESPONSE...as USUAL!

As I have told you guys numerous times, you never respond to my emails, and you never return my phone calls.

Period, don't care how good of an image you try to maintain on gfy your merchant customer service is horrible!

It makes sense now how many companies make it difficult for you to get in touch with them when they owe you money.

You guys are no different.

I have only been paid half of all net sales made this year, and I have no way to find out when the rest of my funds will be paid, because you don't return phone calls, or emails.

When you get this message please respond specifically about whether or not my funds will be paid out THIS FRIDAY or not.

Don't respond with any crap like last time about how my payouts were mysteriously turned off, and I had to wait for you to turn them back on.

Enough, grow up already and pay your merchants on time everytime.

I am about to hire a full time collection agent to stay on top of this cause I don't have the time or energy anymore.

Very odd.

Whenever I have needed anything from Verotel, I get an answer quickly. At least during the work week, and Dutchie business hours. I guess I simply know the right way to contact them.

I have been with them something like 6-7 years now, and I can't say I have ever had any real major issues. It's not to say things have not come up, but they are typically resolved fairly quickly. Which is all I expect or ask.

OK, that's great and I've also used them for 6-7 years, but that doesn't
mean something cannot stop working today.

Hey whats your secret, I have monitored your posts, and I see you have excellent service/support with clips4sale, verotel, WOW that must be nice.

Never had payments delayed, never had phone calls ignored, emails ignored, that is very encouraging...again could you share your secret.

I have been with them for like 6 years, and have mentioned to them repeatedly about them not returning emails or phone calls, and only responding to GFY. You would think they would address it.

Of course there is the possibility that I am just under some form of harassment, or attack, since no one else seems to have these recurring payout issues.

It starts with sending detailed information to the correct email address for starters. Then when something is not resolved in 24 business hours, following the proper escalation process. Which does not include GFY.

While many think these companies simply hawk over GFY all day because you opt to spend all of your time here is simply not correct. Many do not even visit here any more, much less actively post. So thinking that GFY will be a good support channel for all companies is fodder.

That said, I have had issues at times with any company I have worked with. However, I followed the chain of command and provided detailed emails, and it was always resolved. Then again, maybe it's simply a matter of patience and procedure on my end. I dunno.

Have you emailed Robbert? He's always been on top of things and gets back to me quickly, not that I speak to him often it's rare I have any issues with Verotel.

There are no Verotel reps on GFY as far as I know...
