I want to help you - med-big size programs

Cam sites, or picture and video membership sites. I can try with dating, but it's just not my specialty.

Cam sites: there is a lot more you could be doing to monetize your traffic / get more money out of your members. That is what I would focus on partly by adding new income generating features to your site.

Picture and Video membership sites that actually care and do want to turn things around and do some major updates and add innovation, I can help you. Everyone of you may not be able to do what I suggest depending on your situation but if you can make some changes, you can definitely increase your sales and get things going in the right direction.

What I expect in return.... some modest compensation for my time helping you. We can work out the details depending on how much time I would have to spend to help you. Ideally, I would like to take a look at what you have, lay out what changes you need to make, then check in time to time to see that they were being added correctly.

Money back guarantee. You don't know me, you don't know what I have to offer. We work out a deal, you pay me. I will give you all of the information/ideas. If you think it is crap and don't want to use it I will refund 100% of your money. You have nothing to lose.

Note: I'm not looking for a job, I can give you the blue prints of what *you* need to do, and your staff will be the ones doing the work. I am not looking for a ton of money... I just need to be compensated fairly for my time helping you. If you satisfied with what I have to offer you use it and I keep the money and come back and post that I was helpful. If you think it is shit you can come back and post that I am an idiot and I will send you your money back and we can post my ideas here and everyone could have a good laugh. BTW, my information is mine. If you want me to shut up and not tell other people what I told you, I am fine with that as well, but just like content if you want it exlusive I would expect to be paid well then. Any information you share with me is yours and would be kept in strict confidence.

what do you have to lose? I know I can help most of your guys, why not ? If you don't need help and doing great, more power to you! :thumbsup

Trolls = instant ignore w/ no reply.

what do you consider "compensated fairly"... you spend few hours talking to the owner, giving tips, etc... what ballpark figure do you have in mind for "fair compensation"?

would really depend on what type of sites you have, how big of an operation you have, how much work they need :winkwink:. I might not have a lot to offer in some cases for companies that have their shit together but others it might take me several hours just going over everything they have and formulating the best plan of action or changes that they should make. Then I need to get into specifics and details of what needs to be done. I need to try out the system and go through everything as a surfer etc.

I'd have to take a look at the scope of the work and then could give them a price based on the situation. Honestly, i just want someone to give me a shot to help them, if I do a good job I think they would be making me a good offer to either continue helping them with future updates, new or other projects they have, or simply to keep me from giving the same ideas to other companies in the future. While I would enjoy doing consulting jobs here and there and it would be a nice change of pace, I need to be compensated for my time. However, if the company doesn't see value in what I put together and they don't want to use it they don't pay me anything. I believe in the concept, if the customer isn't happy give them their money back no questions asked. If they see a lot of value in what I have to offer, and it works good for them then I figure they would be making me offers to keep me consulting on an on going basis or to just keep me quiet and helping just them.

generating traffic and being an affiliate isn't fun, its a grind. While I do have a couple smaller projects I am working on right now as well for myself, I'd like a challenge of turning a big existing company, or helping to make one that is doing good a lot better. I see what a lot of these companies are doing wrong and I know I can help them do it much better... if they have the resources and they want to fix things. Obviously if they are on auto pilot, gave up, or don't want to spend any money on making changes, we would just be wasting each other's time.

Yes, I know it's overdone.

You've been offering "consulting services" and making these kinds of posts for a few years now. Surely you must have a long list of references for people you've helped?

No?

Weird

I've probably made 3-4 posts like this over the last couple years. Beyond making a post here I haven't done anything else, contact program owners etc... I'm just throwing it out there on here.

You would think someone reading this would take me up on a money back guarantee deal, since they have nothing to lose. But who knows maybe everyone's companies are doing great and no one needs help.

I wonder if I offered it completely free if some of these companies would still not be interested in listening. Is it me or just that they are happy the way things are, don't need any help, etc ?

I just want to know why article pays as little as $25 per each and banners are so cheap $10 each max. No, really, how one can make living out of that? I can consult you why should you pay more for that work in order to prevent global warming!
