This guy has been uploading tons of our movies- http://www.pornhub.com/users/bong/
We have sent you dozens of DMCA's on this guy AFTER March 1st 2010. Why is he still an active user? Over 500,000 people have watched these movies so far. I posted this originally to a thread ( http://gofuckyourself.com/showthread...990606&page=11 ) where you stated that you Manwin/Pornhub deletes and bans EVERY user that uploads content that receives a DMCA, but I never received a response and he's still an active user infringing copyrights on your domains.

This is one of just dozens of users that upload our content on a regular basis that you have received HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of DMCA's on and have not deleted. Are you lying to everyone about your policies? Or are these more "bugs" in your programming?

Please advise.

Nathan/Fabian hasn't heard back from his lawyers about removing videos from banned users. Very complicated stuff, and you know manwich wouldn't ever do anything illegal.

Legal shouldn't even come into this. If someone is claiming copyright infringement that site should instantly take it down because its the right thing to do. The fact that calls and emails go unanswered and requests are ignored like this isn't cool.

We are in the process of verifying that our repeat infringer policy was fully enforced starting march 1st.

What that policy is and what our lawyers said is priviliged information and will not be discussed on this board or anywhere else in public, so there is no need for questions regarding it since they will not be answered.

Just landed in Europe, from a trip to the US and CA, so do not expect me to be around the next few hours.

If I run a huge tube site & received an email saying "this content is mine"... Id remove it straight away & send an mail to the user, demanding no more content owned by others to be added or the user would be banned via ip.

Haven't you heard? You need to join that "protection service" they all set up at the meeting. Some new fangled way of guarding your content and you only have to pay once every month for protection. What a deal.

4) I have a life. A great one. And it doesn't involve ripping off everyone around me, lying to everyone around me, having my funds frozen by the US government, being sued for stealing someone else's content, being hated on a massive scale, or going to bed at night knowing I am an unethical person.

Lots of people are WAY more successful in this business than I am. But I'm not losing any sleep over that, as money is not my God and I'm not willing to fuck everyone to get it. Or course, that is if you want to base "success" by how much money you have. I only come after those who steal from me, and you bottom feeders steal from me a lot. This is the type of reaction you get when you steal from those around you.

Whoever really owns your criminal enterprise may have more money than God, and you guys may be balling out of control and getting away with all of this shit for now, but none of you are honest men and sooner or later you will have your asses handed to you. Money can buy you a lot of things, but honesty is not one of them.
