Personally I think slow economic growth in terms of GDP across the board globally, with low to moderate inflation but no real "feel" difference for countries and no big change in un employment. I feel this will slowly cause a second large "stimulus" or will cause a second drop in real estate and stock markets. What will happen from then on I have no idea.

With our latest project we went with 250x183 with 3 across just to see if big thumbs work any better. Too soon to tell. We usually stick with the more typical size for thumbs. I had it set to 24 and have been slowly decreasing to see if it adds page views and time on site but now I'm thinking I should be testing an increase.

My suggestion look at ways to monetize app search traffic and build agreggated content sites that fill specific "opinions" use twitter to judge the sentiment then gear your cms to push to that style of post. Comment on your own posts to build interaction and feed the site with comment trolling.
