I am not a customer. but I have worked for companies before that have used them and they always seemed like one of the best. I currently have a client who got moved over there from RCN and his site has been down a few times.
When he asked me about them I said yeah do it they are one of the best. But I see I should never talk with out direct experience. I asked him and he said support tickets take 24 hours. When he messages them on icq they tell him to submit a ticket. Then they ask a dumb question and it takes another 24 hours. but this is the 2nd time I have noticed him being offline. You guys got a lot of new customers. You obviously need to increase the number of support staff who are available. I'm guessing a large percentage of RCN 1000 boxes came your way. It was nice of you guys to help out but you need to step up the game. train some more staff. ASAP. |
It's probably not that easy to find reliable and skilled stuff in such short time.

I think the longest I've waited for an answer from the two hosts I use is about 15 mins. They normally answer in 2-3 mins tops no matter what time of day it is.
