Should I call SKNANB?

anyone had luck calling the bank to expedite the reactivation of your card? Did it work doing this?
They warned in a email not to send more messages as "it would delay the process"
Where and who to call anyways?

LatinCams 11-01-2010 10:09 AM

On last email said i should be getting news early LAST WEEK, but didnt got anything.

SKNANB has designated three classes of cardholders
A.) Less than $2,000.00
B.) Between $2,001.00-$7,499.00
C.) More than $7,500.00
Resolution will vary.

They are making arrangements for wires, and new accounts ? depending on individual criteria) with replacement cards for accounts with $7,500.00+ outstanding balances.

Most persons with relatively small balances were able to withdrawal their money ATM or as a swiped through credit card already.

I assume you people are stuck in the middle of this?

There seems to be a mix of different issues here ... Problems that need to be resolved.

Let's see... it's been two months since our money was frozen...
Hmm... Maybe I'll think about writing them an email in a month or two.

But just maybe.
