I'm in doubt which is the best script:

phplinkdropper, smart-plugs... others...

I think no doubt about Predator but it's expensive.

yeah but my HTML/PHP/MYSQL skills are very bad so I can't do it custom.

If you don't know what you're getting yourself into and aren't willing to learn then stop right there.

On another hand, if you are willing to learn and get your hands dirty, start with a script and work on modifying it to your likings.

I second Camsmaster, build one yourself, so that you can customize it. Open source submitters will not help- as far as I know..
