when yuo look for template for your adult blog - what functionality do you need?
 

Basicly - what are you looking for when you look for new wordpress (or not) themes? Widget support is one, but its a norm already. What more?

As little as possible for me.

I always use minimal clean looking themes for my adult blogs.

Nothing fancy it detracts from the content.

I already have what I need, so no need to look further or waste my time developing something new.

how much traffic you push to that site is what matters at the end of the day.

just a big headers with an image of a gaping ass dripping cum.

not much, i usally add most of the functionality myself with custom functions

I like basic 3 column with enough space in the posts for good sized pictures.

fast, video and gallery ready, customizable header and footer...etc etc etc

Clean, simple, minimal, fixed width, advert slots, decent image space.
