Sabby, you don't thank epass for giving you access to your visa. SKNANB and Visa have no relationship with Epass anymore.

Suppose instead it was your wallet money that you received, you still don't thank them for holding your money against your will for months and FINALLY giving it back. If anything, you snatch your money from them and then choke the shit out of them.

better thank SKNAB since they kept your money,
