Like Republicans give a shit one way or the other. He got suspended by his boss for violating company policy. It had absolutely nothing to do with the Republicans.

yeah, and all 10 people watching see it

DateDoc 11-08-2010 09:19 AM

Republicans do not care. If they did you'd see a bunch of threads started about how biased the media is. Instead there are just a lot of threads from Dems attacking Fox News. No matter how bad Fox News is, it isn't going anywhere. No matter what Rush Limbaugh says, he is here until he chooses to retire. While Dems watch Republican shows (boosting their ratings and ad revenue), very few Republicans watch the Democrats' shows.

Sly 11-08-2010 09:21 AM

I don't think anybody really cared. There were a lot of Republicans saying it was a weird rule and perhaps the rules of journalism should change. Even MSNBC costars were agreeing that he broke a rule, got punished, time to move on.

Surely you can find better things to beat the Republicans on today!

PXN 11-08-2010 09:22 AM

I think this incidence will give his show a new bump in rating.

LOL, this is true. I can't tell you how many people have told me "man I can't stand Rush", yet listen on a regular basis. I don't know anybody that dislikes Keith, Matthews, Maddow, etc, that actually watches/listens to them.

It's kind of funny. I wonder how many Fox viewers are actually anti-Fox.

WarChild 11-08-2010 09:43 AM

Awww it's so cute watching this little guy play at politics.

SuzzyQ 11-08-2010 10:31 AM

If a Republican doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Democrats demand that those they don't like be shut down.

spazlabz 11-08-2010 10:35 AM

Keith messed up plain and simple. He got punished and now its over. Maybe he will learn a little humility and be better at his job. I used to only watch MSNBC for his show, but now I like the entire line up

If a Democrat doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a Republican is a vegetarian, he doesn?t eat meat.
If a Democrat is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a Democrat is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a Republican is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A Democrat wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a Republican is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A Democrat non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.

If a republican doesnt like a black president they spend their weekends dressing up in silly ass costumes holding misspelled signs about 'socolism'. Bright bunch you lump yourself with. :1orglaugh

SuckOnThis 11-08-2010 11:13 AM

No problem though with FOX's parent company, News Corp donating $1 million to republican candidates, FOX News commentators doing fundraisers every weekend for republican candidates, openly endorsing candidates on the air, and the fact that Hannity, Oreilly, Beck, and the rest of them have contributed 10 times the money Olbermann has to republicans. Thats the difference between a political station and a news station, one is ok to do these things, the other gets punished when they do.

A democrat faced with nothing to reply with, will always use the race card.

Nothing on any of those links about Hannity, O'Reilly or Beck and there donations. Dick Morris is a Political Strategist/Pundit and and not employed by Fox news, hes simply a contributor.

Obviously Federal Election forms are to complicated for you two to understand. Maybe you should consider spending your time getting an education instead of spending day and night on a porn board trying to sell counterfeit cigarettes.

The facts are 'availble' to those who are capable of reading more than a sentence. Here's a clue, page 9/25. You want me to draw you a picture with crayons? Will that help?

jezebelz 11-08-2010 01:29 PM

Comcast will eventually clean house over at MSNBC. The network has ratings in the tank, revenue problems, and obvious left wing bias. I stopped watching that channel years ago. You can't sit through 5 minutes of their programming without being told what to think. Boring....
What's totally funny about watching the left whine about Fox News is that all of these media outlets are free enterprises. NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN ... they all chose the platform their respective channels / networks promote. No one is forcing them to stay with that platform. Fox went the other direction and has made a fortune doing so. If these networks had any business sense they would let revenue dictate which direction they choose, not ideology. CBS is beginning to see the light. They have become FAR more objective than they have been in years past. The other's will adapt as well...or die. :winkwink:

I wanted to add I'm specifically referring to their NEWS platforms. Doesn't apply to any of the commentary / editorial shows, sitcoms or the like. News is supposed to be that..news.

If that's all you got, go ahead and use crayons, but all I see is michelepac which is Michele Bachmann's thing, no where did I see your crayons underlining where it said O'Reilly contributed.

Even if this did say anything, whats the source? This is just a printed page without a source.

Stop the presses, hold the phone, its a world wide revelation, holy shit!

Sean Hannity made a donation to Michele Bachmann's official Political Action Committee.

A news station doesn't constantly harass Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman (sp), etc, etc. I don't care all that much that Olbermann and Matthews like giving the ladies shit, they usually deserve it anyway, but let's be real. MSNBC, and its diehard viewers, need to stop pretending that Fox is the anti-christ and MSNBC represents proper journalism. Come on. Just say what you are, it's no big deal, come out of the closet already.

I wouldn't go to either of those sources for "news," and I don't.

cykoe6 11-08-2010 01:59 PM

I have no problem with Olbermann being back on the air. I believe he serves the useful purpose of reminding people just how ugly, spiteful, and juvenile the radical left truly is. He does a public service........ and furthermore MSNBC should be able to put any lunatic on the air they want....... it is called freedom of the press.

Thanks for proving my point. In the future it may benefit you to do your own research before you spend an hour arguing a losing stance, that time might have been more productive for you selling your fake cigarettes at your local anti-abortion rally.

What is really funny is that for a long time, liberals cornered the market on activism, when the Tea Party came out, they didn't know how to handle it, so they labeled it. How you can put a label on 2800 individual chapters that have no leader is just showing how desparate they are.

They complain about the Big Business shipping jobs overseas and well guess where the president is right now and what he's doing?

Delusional disorder is a psychiatric diagnosis denoting a psychotic mental disorder that is characterized by holding one or more non-bizarre delusions[1] in the absence of any other significant psychopathology. Non-bizarre delusions are fixed beliefs that are certainly and definitely false, but that could possibly be plausible, for example, someone who thinks he or she is under police surveillance. In order for the diagnosis to be made auditory and visual hallucinations cannot be prominent, although olfactory or tactile hallucinations related to the content of the delusion may be present.

You should talk to a psychiatrist for thinking that you are one, you need help, you are delusional, get back on your meds
