Has anyone bought VISA giftcards with SKNANB funds?
 

I can finally draw funds out since last Monday, bought a few things online, but I'd don't have a physical card so I'm thinking about transferring all the funds to a visa/american/mastercard card, has anyone done that? Where can I do that without incurring a lot of fees?

Tried at Amex and gifitcards.com, both got denied.

I got a message through statefarm gifcards, saying the card is not AVS supported, which is the reason it was denied.
