how to fix the team: fire the ENTIRE coaching staff, bring bill cowher in and pay him $12 million a year, let him hire his own staff and guarantee him the owner will not set foot in the locker room, practice field, team jet ever.

You could put a whole college team to play in place of the cowboys and they'd do better. Hell maybe even a Highschool team.

Almost every player on that team has given up. Jenkins or whatever his name is on defense, didn't even go for the goalline tackle. They all just don't care at this point and firing Wade isn't enough to even spark some type of competitiveness out of them.

I'm loving it though. Fuck the Cowboys!!

I know it is the nature of the NFL beast that Wade had to go. Matter of fact, I'm surprised he held the job this long. But we are still going to suck next week and the week after that. It's not like this debacle is all about him.

If Jerry wants the glory years to return to Dallas, he is going to have to fire his own ass from the GM position. I'd like to see Cowher end up there, but I have my doubts that Jerry can set his ego aside and make that happen.
