Wordpress question - can you do multiple schedules for a single page?
I've got a page on one of my blogs I wanted to TRY and schedule multiple updates on.
Is it possible? What I am thinking is this (described as best as possible) Say I have an "about" page Today I posted a line of text i.e. "this an about page" Now in a weeks time I want that page to add some more text i.e. "here is some more text" So on week 2 it will look like "this is an about page here is some text" On week 3 I want it to add more text "and here is an update" So on week 3 it says (you get the point) Is this possible? I want to sequentially cue pieces of text on a single page to update once per week. Kinda like scheduling posts but all on one page. I haven't tried this yet or seen anything about it so guess it isn't possible but it's always worth asking incase :) Thanks for any ideas/suggestions. P.S. it doesn't matter too much to me I can obviously add this little update every week myself, automation is just a bonus :thumbsup |
Giving this a quick bump, just incase

I haven't thought of this, it may prove useful in keeping the blog fresh in google's eyes! Maybe there is a plugin doing just that!
The last thing that comes to my mind is that maybe you can make different drafts, and publish it at different times, starting from the oldest! It can be done with PHP, and do your research, maybe there is a plugin for it! |
