Those Denver/Chicago datacenters are owned by FDCservers. I just moved a server from a fdcserver reseller because I wasn't happy with the quality of their network.

The E5410 is also way lower than what you asked for .. the E5620.

150 bucks probably, check the host forums...

specially check those forums for REVIEWS of REAL USERs.... and to find out who has bad reputation and bad tracking history and who has good reputation and good reviews...
