Do You Work Out...
What do you find easier?
In the morning when you first get up? Mid day? Night? Although, those with kids probably have a fairly rigid routine based one when jr. is at school or sleeping I would guess. :winkwink: |

First thing I do when I wake up. Sometimes I tell myself I'll do it later but it never happens.

I go running every morning, three miles. Daily rain or shine.

go after work, good way to wind down, plus makes it a good habit of doing daily

Has always been a morning thing for me. Well, except when I had to work days for a while.

you just have to force yourself to go, ignore the negative thoughts telling you that you are too tired or too hungry or too busy, just grab the keys and start walking to the car, once you are at the gym you will get your energy, if not, you can just do a light workout that day, it is better than nothing and you will feel better that you at least did a little bit I find that once you get started, the tiredness goes away and you end up feeling way better after you are done and it is good for your mood to know you did something good for the day |
Midnight Normally ... thats when there is less people at the gym and i can get to all the equipment i want to use ... Also take a 1 hour midday bicycle ride

Light weights in the morning and run about 5pm-630 every other day.

Used to work out in the morning and every other morning. Now I am trying to build up my stamina again on a walking machine we have at home. Very hard work after being so inactive for so long.

8.30-9am after I have dropped the children at school.

I workout at least five days a week, M-F every morning...In fact, I'll be at my gym at 7 am this morning to lift weights and do the stairmaster...Tuesdays and Thursdays, I run 3 miles and do a pilates class afterwards.

Play ice hockey 5x a week, work out twice in the gym (lifting) and play squash once a week.

I like to jog in the morning and then lift weights after...it just feels good and gets you going for the day.

Its about what YOU find easier. You won't be consistent if you're not doing something that works for you. If you won't be consistent, then there is no point to it.

I do it in the evenings before dinner, but I also don't have kids to take care of.

I'm a night girl, so 6pm - 10pm works great for me :)

Nope, not at all actually.
If/when i start to get fat i guess i wouldn't be so lazy though and actually do some exercise. Just now though, it doesn't matter what i eat or how little i do, my weight seems to stay the same... |
