What do you find easier?

In the morning when you first get up?
Mid day?
Night?

Although, those with kids probably have a fairly rigid routine based one when jr. is at school or sleeping I would guess. :winkwink:

First thing I do when I wake up. Sometimes I tell myself I'll do it later but it never happens.

Seems to be that way for a lot of folk. If you put off until later in day, something always comes up and you simply end up not doing it.

Same here. If i dont, then I'm either to tired/busy/lazy to do anything later. During the day it rough and I like having a routine

evening for me

you just have to force yourself to go, ignore the negative thoughts telling you that you are too tired or too hungry or too busy, just grab the keys and start walking to the car, once you are at the gym you will get your energy, if not, you can just do a light workout that day, it is better than nothing and you will feel better that you at least did a little bit

I find that once you get started, the tiredness goes away and you end up feeling way better after you are done and it is good for your mood to know you did something good for the day

Midnight Normally ... thats when there is less people at the gym and i can get to all the equipment i want to use ... Also take a 1 hour midday bicycle ride

Used to work out in the morning and every other morning. Now I am trying to build up my stamina again on a walking machine we have at home. Very hard work after being so inactive for so long.

I workout at least five days a week, M-F every morning...In fact, I'll be at my gym at 7 am this morning to lift weights and do the stairmaster...Tuesdays and Thursdays, I run 3 miles and do a pilates class afterwards.

Its about what YOU find easier. You won't be consistent if you're not doing something that works for you. If you won't be consistent, then there is no point to it.

Nope, not at all actually.

If/when i start to get fat i guess i wouldn't be so lazy though and actually do some exercise. Just now though, it doesn't matter what i eat or how little i do, my weight seems to stay the same...
