Anyone using joomla on their site
 
I need something similar to joomla for community site.
Anyone using joomla or any other cms with a lot of mods?
I would need something with mods like games,blogs, images and videos sharing and similar.

We did for a while, but have gotten more comfortable using either Wordpress or Drupal.

Check out BuddyPress, which is a social networking version of Wordpress. We've had used this for a recent client project and they were more than satisfied with the results.

I use Joomla for one of my community sites. You've got to have a dedicated server to run it with any kinds of mods, it's a resource hog. If I was going to do the site all over again I would go with Wordpress.

How can I in wp allow only registred users to access content and patricipate on site?
