I'm just launching new sites and i want to know if anyone has any suggestions for CMS - for adult membership photo gallery based paysites witih webcams and video as well.

If you can - i'd love your suggestions and also your reasons why you might love or dislike a certain program or software package out there.

is it better to pay monthly for someone else to host the software or to buy it outright?
