Did I miss what the big deal is? Seemed like a non-event to me. Mark needs to hang out with Steve Jobs more to learn to get the hype right.

It's all deliberate cos of the movie. He was pissed at how he was portrayed, and took public speaking classes, media training etc and is now speaking as MUCH as possible in public to try and show he isn't a sad geek.

Basically since they already know all the shit you do with your friends on the site they wants access to all the stuff you do while you are not on FB too. Info collecting is their business.
