Thumb cropping software?

I use Arles to crop thumbs manually and quickly. What Arles lacks, at least my version does, is any image adjustment controls for saturation, brightness etc.

Any software that can do manual cropping like Arles with image adjustment controls? Don't say Photoshop, it's clumsy for this, moving tons of windows around, and won't rename the files incrementally.

thanks

Still hand cropping thumbs in PS here. Slow but at least you get thumbs without heads or other vital body parts cropped off.
