Team Viewer? anyone has used it?
 

is it true that the other party only see whats in your screen? when i downloaded it says "you will allow your associate to have access to ALL of your PC"...

You're able to set it for full-access, confirm-action access, or simply view-access (presentation)

It is possible to use "Presentation Mode" - where the viewer has no control.

Ah ok - so it's just you being an old fogey not being able to work your way around a basic program like teamviewer. There is a very easy-to-find PRESENTATION mode right underneath Remote Support.

Never needed it, so why would I bother looking for it?

i use it all the time and it is great. there is inbuilt file transfer but other party will see that files are being transferred so no worry...personally i stopped helping any of my friends who dont install teamviever..

I manage all my mainstream clients with Teamviewer. Couldn't live without this great program!
