Leaseweb is one of the ISP's that don't care much about copyrights, do a google search and you'll see loads of complaints about it.

They host(ed) a lot of torrent sites like demonoid and tubes.

you do realize that the DMCA only transferes the liablity to the copyright holder if the host is in the US.

Any foreign host who takes down content because of DMCA takedown notice, rather than demanding that the copyright holder follow the proper countries laws (gasp) is going to be held liable if the act is ever ruled fair use/ authorized.

Kim Holland wins Tube upload case case. The tube, 123video dot nl had to give the ip number already. The provider had to give the uploaders address. And now the judge says the Tube site is responsible, although they used DMCA. She wanted 500.000 euro's. But i think they go in appeal. So you can sue every tube site in Holland, dmca or not. But we have to wait if she wins when 123video doesn't accept the sentence. By the way, 123video is not a big porn tube site, more like break.com There are no illegal pornmovies on that site anymore.
