I agree and also forsee a collapse of the US economy and am amused by those who are looking for some place else to go without realizing that when the US economy goes down the tubes, it will take much of the rest of the world with it.

I watched that entire video, I downloaded it so it took me awhile but by the end of it I realized it should have been narrated by Glenn Beck. It is nothing more than a well produced paranoid delusion trying to sell gold and silver.

It's unlikely any collapse in US economic fortunes will be global. To believe this is to have such a maladjusted view of the importance of the US contribution to the global economy that it borders on pathological.

While the US has great influence in many areas, it no longer dominates economically the way it used to. Over the years many countries have adapted to that shift and survived the great GFC relatively unscathed.

Fact 2: Inflation will be more or less within normal limits
Fact 3: Most governments will NOT allow other countries to slip into a state of anarchy.
Fact 4: Governments have laws and rules to keep society in order. This is done because without them humanity would have been toast a long time ago. Do they occasionally go overboard with these rules? YES!
Fact 5: Fear mongering of this sort should be a criminal offense. Artificially inflating the value of an item through incendiary propaganda is...i dont know...how low can you go?

Bottom line is- if you have hyperinflation the way this propaganda video describes, you won't have to worry about how much gold you have but rather how many people and arms you have inside your fortress...and that will only protect you for so long.

Based on personal observation, I still believe it's more profitable to sell junks (China) to the world than to sell technology (the US) to the world! Everyone needs junks (cheap neccessities)... China sold so much junks to walmart. However, technology can be easily duplicated across border. Yea, one may argue that you have patent and shit... but look around all these asian countries, they can easily make some changes on the technolgy and came out with something similar or totally different. The profitability for technology product has been declining since the start of information age...

I've said it before and will say it gain. I have been hearing about this so called collapse of society being just a few years away for more than 20 years. We are always just around the corner from this collapse and every new president somehow matches up with some kind of prophecy from some guy and we are all doomed.
