what the fuck is going on with november? Ive had kissass sales all year long and everything went down the shitter in november. Is this general because of the season?

mine too and that finally pushed me to the dark side - I am trying some blackhat shit on one of my sites and if it works, I will blackhat the crap of all my adult sites

One way to handle it is too be even pickier about what you promote. I doubt it's going to get better. I chalk it up to a combination of these factors (in no particular order):

1. Economy
2. Desperate sponsors turning up the shave on new sales and rebills in order to stay afloat.
3. Too much free porn. (pirate tubes, torrents, surfer forums)
4. Too many past customers getting their cards banged by shady hidden cross sales.
5. Processors coming down on adult in part due to #4.
