Sitemap Generation

What do you guys/gals use for sitemap generation? Google Python taps out at 20,000 pages and I need to scan abou 100,000. The program I did try is sql intensive and choking everything. Does anyone offer a good remote service or an optimized program? Thanks for any help in advance
