I have received this on November 16. but never received a temporarily password from [email protected]
Should i wait more or contact them again?

I got it and activated it already .. you must have another emails etc..

I got it just yesterday, activated it without problems and I'm already using it. It will take me 18 days to get my money out (because of daily limits), but that's ok.

If you didn't get the temporary password, simply use the "Forgot my Password" option on their site, and you'll get a new one on the same e-mail you got this message.

Also, SKNANB should have sent you a manual, with everything you need. If you didn't get it, let me know and I'll forward it to you.

Haha, cool! So SKNAB did indeed fuck over Epassporte.
Hmmm... not sure if I am happy about that.

Does one have to request this or is it sent to all former epassporte card holders? Also is this for accessing new balances one loads or old epassporte balances? If old, how come couple people have $0 balance?

is this for former epass cardholders whose cards had expired? how did you guys find this?

This is for former Epass cardholders that had over $7,500 stuck on their Visa Virtual account, who sent all their due diligence docs, had them all approved and chose as "payment option" a new card.

After you get the card, and activate it, it takes 1 day for them to load it, and it works!
