Low Carb Diets
I've been on a low carb diet for almost 2 months now, it's been working and I have found that this is something I can stick too.
But I did find out 2 cool things Sailor Jerry Rum has NO Carbs http://www.drinksmixer.com/desc1637.html And there is low carb ice cream http://www.breyers.com/products/Carb...Cream-Bar.aspx I even get low carb cheese cake at moms, she makes it with Splenda |
Every time I try low carb, I have no energy.
I don't think carbs are the enemy IMHO. It's sugar that you need to watch out for. |
what's your goal?
btw, that rum has cals, empty cals. energy in < energy out = weight loss. |

I have kinda woke up when I hit 50, when I was 40 I was in good shape, then got fat and from there It started to effect my health. I'm pretty healthy, but I knew that wouldn't last, so I started walking around the block each day which is 2.2 miles. And cut out all bread and all sweets.
