Chase INK has been running ads in business week lately. The deal is you get 30,000 points for signing up ($300 value) when you spend $5k within 3 months on the card.

So you signup, spend $5k (get another 5000 points for that)... after 3 months you have 35,000 point and you redeem it for a $350 check... there aren't many easier risk free ways to score quick $350... (except when Amex was running same promo and giving away $500 for free)

Getting $350 is cool. It's like an investment. You have to spend money to make money.

Well, obviously you spend $5k on stuff you would normally spend on, or invest that $5k by buying traffic, designs, scripts, etc and you get $350 bonus on top of that... or if all fails you can just paypal $5k to yourself, and after paypal fees would still make $200 on the deal...
