The true story of Thanksgiving is socialism failed. Of course we showed them (the Native Americans) gratitude! We shared our bounty with them, not because we didn't know how to make it. It was because we first failed as socialists. Only when we turned capitalists did we have plenty. The Indians didn't teach us capitalism.

All these "failed socialism" stories make me very surprised. You outta compare life in America with any of these ex-soviet countries. You'll find the ex-USSR much less socialistic than life in America these days. Hell even western countries of Europe are more social. But I must be talking about different things to what was set in this topic.

If you read the writings of the Pilgrims you would understand where Rush is coming from. The early Pilgrims pooled all their food and resources together and that failed it was not until they allowed people to keep what they produced is when they turned things around.

But it goes without saying Rush is a moron.
