Click on Views up top,it shows the highest thread views if that helps

That would be number of replies divided by number of views. 100 views, 50 replies = 0.5 replies per view.

There is no coloumn for that but you can calculate it manually for all topics :winkwink:

Just look for the contests that pay out for posting in the thread. Usually they are pretty close to 1:1 posts:views.
