As the decade comes to and end what will be your memories?

Or lessons learned?

Mine will be.

The decade my second daughter was born and I learned the lesson of.

You never really know what you have until you come close to losing it.

I learned that 10 years goes by so very fast that this life on earth will go by for us all so fast and our time on earth is really very short

i turned 17 in 2k and just turned 27.. This decade made me realize how fast time ticks and how fast and rapidly we change both mentally and physically. Went from a high school drop out in 2000 to married with a kid in 2k10 with a six figure income.

Biggest lesson learned is people places and things. Those three things can factor in on how much trouble or success we have in our life. Unfortunately it took me most of this decade to realize that.

My best memory from this biz will be how I did struggle to make $500/month and that was supposed to cover all my bills, food ,clothes and everything else and then one day found a way to raise my income * ~12 over a night.

Another memory will be how the online adult industry started to die!

The last decade i have qualified/upgraded my mind to a millionaire's.

From an 18 yo highschool kid to a 23 yo college boy to a 28 yo porn/poker/web hosting affiliate and forex trader.

Good memories for me...

Don't take your particular life as a source for bullshit wisdom... sorry guys!

i thought i had everything figured out in 2000. making tons of easy money and i thought it would never end and only get better. i was totally wrong. i've had to switch up how i made money at least 4 times since then. it doesn't seem to get any easier as i get older. if anything it gets harder. just when you think you're getting ahead, eventually something will come along to put you right back again.

as for life in general. i don't know. life is totally different than it was 10 years ago. and i'm sure life will be totally different in another 10 years. i guess if its not you're doing enough. the only thing i've learned is that life is full of uncertainties.

Having a child.

Changed me entire outlook on life, and turned my priorities around. It's been a great ten years.
