He is currently charged with violation of Article 92 and Article 134...and is undergoing an Article 32 investigation. If he in fact receives a Court Martial and is convicted of the charges he is looking at up to 52 years of military confinement.

Which...in my opinion...he is deserving of every day of it.

Of course it is possible that after the Article 32 investigation additional charges may be added.
