Exciz - SWREG possible scam
Here is the short version of the story .
Bought a script from exciz.com at the beggining of november with paypal trugh swreg.org . Exciz is offering 30 days money back guarantee and 3 months of support . The script is shitty ( my fault i didnt test it the demo enaugh before buying it), however without the source code (flash) i cannot modify it . Asked them for support services to fix the bugs but no reply . Asked them for paid customisation services and i got only 1-2 replys with messages like "we are ready to work" etc. sent them modifications list for a quote , and then nothing . Then tried refund but its impossible to contact SWREG . No phone number , no email address , no nothing . Openen a paypal dispute and swreg didnt post any answer on that . Was googleing afther "swreg scam" ... oh yes , another one ... Dont see any other options but i thaught maybe postinng it here some with more experience in this would advise me one way or another . Thanks for your time reading this . Alex |
bump. Maybe someone has an ideea for me

I dont think swreg is a scam. They have been around for some time and are used on LOTS of mainstream sites.
Provide some proof of it being a scam? Links? |
When I dont have the option to ask for a refund and there is no email address , no phone number , no other contact form whatsoever , then its fishy .
Yes , they were processing the order corectly but i am unable to get a refund of any kind or comunicate with anyone . If this is not scam (and i may agree with you) name it as you wish , the problem is the same for me . |
