Market value is what the domain/site would sell for right now. Potential value is what the domain/site would sell for if x, or if y happened. To obtain funding, your domain/site must have clear value right now.

No, just looking to make loans with domains/sites that have clear value in today's market as collateral.
Of course, you could use the funds to start a new and unrelated project. |

We have some flexibility on terms. A typical deal is 90 days. At the end of 90 days, you can either pay the principle plus interest or just pay the interest and re-up for another 90 days if you need it. The domain is held in third party escrow. You make the payment to the escrow company and they release the domain to you. If you don't make the payment on time, then the domain is released to us to satisfy the loan.

It is more like a pawn loan than it is like a bank loan, that is for sure. This is a good option for someone who needs money fast, without a lot of red tape, applications, etc., and intends to pay the money back quickly.

Just a note, as I have been asked this a few times, you continue have full use of the domain/site during the loan period. The nameservers stay the same.
