I typically almost always post at least the p-r details however in this case the cheapo pack has only a few with p-r and was not worth mentioning as for that ridiculous price it's an awesome deal for someone with a startup site or even to get some minor traffic.

And just a heads up: 99% will agree that posting urls is something that should NEVER be done.. If you see someone posting url's you should probably avoid those deals/sites..
