The website is build in wordpress, is being updated regularly but to be frank is not marketed for lack of time at all except for in some forums, video sites & some links. It would be a good buy for newbie webmasters & anyone having large number of amateur sites.

Not anything great in earning as the traffic is low, but trafficholder & AFF is used but that can be easily changed.

Has around 1700-1800 unique Visitors per month.

Yes actually not sure if it will sale as there is not much traffic so surely can put it for interested buyers
