Hi. I started a new hobby making tube sites. The sites run on WPxtube script (wordpress plugin) They are self maintained and easy to use. You can link your affiliate/sponsor accounts to them and it runs there XML feeds and auto updates every day with videos and ads form your affiliate accounts. The site will come with a free sub domain you can use or you can use a domain you already own or buy one for it Im only charging ten bucks to put the site together for you because as i said it is more of a hobby than an income source.
