I would like to sell my website adultblogtoplist.com (domain+content). It's a blog toplist for adult content that ranks the blog after how many unique visitors they have had during the week. Each week, the toplist resets to give new members a fair chance to rank. Currently the tracking script is disabled so the list is sorted by total unique visitors instead.

The tracking script is a small image-button that the blogs add to their site which links back to the toplist - that's the reason for the amount of incoming links.

The website was created back in 2007 for one single purpose - give adult blog owners a place to sign up. I found out that if I gave them an alternative site to join, they mostly respected that I didn't want any adult content on the original site.

The reason I'm selling is simply because it has a problem to share a server with my other big sites and I believe it will be more valuable in someone else hands.

Visitors: Over 2000 unique IPs/day. See detailed stats with URL at the end.
Revenue: Not good. I added some banners at Aug 2012 and the total revenue so far is ~$364.

The Potential:

1. Creating inboud links for free - With the tracking code, attach an additional link to build inbound links to other sites. 100% Automatically :D
2. With over 2 million inbound links from thousands of unique domain names, you could redevelop the site to something much better than it is now.
3. Fix the problems mentioned below and you will see a steady increase in traffic when the list once again tracks blog visitors and rank the blogs after that. In addition to that, the RSS crawler will add content to the site.
4. Use it to 301-redirect (close the site) or sell links on.

The "hidden" problems:
The website have problems. Some can be easily fixed while other will require more work. I'm going to be honest about them.

1. The tracking script was never activated after June 2012. My server had problems and then crashed forcing me to first disable the tracker and restore all sites to a new server. This site was the last one I restored and you can see the results in the statistics for that period.
2. The tracking script is not very well developed so it uses unnecessary server power to calculate visitors. I can rewrite this if the offer is high enough.
3. No administration panel - only a simple script to remove blogs
4. Broken RSS-crawler - It's an old parsing script based on magpierss and it has problems archiving the RSS from the blogs.
5. DMCA notices - My hosting provider sends me about 20 DMCA notices per year. I quickly fixes this by removing the blog in the notice.
6. SPAM - There is obviously a lot of spam registrations.
7. A regular web hosting solution is probably not enough. You will need a VPS or better.

If the offer is high enough, I will sort out some of the above things for free. But it must of course be worth my time and I'm not a kid in school
