The network is hosted on 35 class C's with 54 IPs. Niches are spread around so they are not on the same class C with multiple sites. There are 80 sites available for blog posting just about anything you want. There are 100 sites available for blog posting very generic items. There are 100 sites available for contextual sidebar links wrapped in text or hardlinks. You can have up to 3 links in your post. Your linking text can change per post (better for SEO anyway). You will receive 150 to 300 words of text and a high quality picture. If you prefer you can submit your own post to me for a discounted price. However, it must conform to certain standards.
