Damn Fris that's such a kick ass sweet deal I hope someone grabs this soon. If I had the capital I would do it in a heartbeat i just re-enrolled in flight school so can't at the moment.. wish i could though..

This sounded like a really good deal, but apparently it's not transferable at all, and it's not ok to resell it, you'll get no license at all and no support or upgrades, not surprised it didn't work for the other guy...

Not now according to their website "Non-transferable, no resale/redistribution rights", I guess it's a newer policy they just added.
