Yes people actually joined with no TOS or privacy policy.
I actually never intended on "not" putting a TOS or privacy on - I just haven't had time to jump back into my server side files and throw that in there. The script I'm using is "social script" no longer being offered. It's a slick script. Everything works pretty great - other than the TERMS and Privacy "save" code. I have the code snip to correct that - I will probably jump on now and just go ahead and throw that it in now that you mention it @armysmoke
