I think you are selling this absolutely unique domain too cheap. Think about it, it's truly the one and only, will never be done again, cannot be copied and it will live forever. You surely don't want to miss out on your once-in-a-lifetime chance, make sure to cash in and cash in hard! Not only a great and unique domain, there are even 800 (!) monthly visitors at that! How could it possibly get any better? Do not sell yourself or your domain chep, I say ask for a minimum of $90 000 USD, because you are worth it!
