That is one way of see it, but what about I create your reports with your brand and your email contact so you can give them to your clients and they contact you? that is another way of seeing it dont you think?

This is something very important as well, people who buy pots and want a meal!!! so following with the comparison, this is not a software is a solution, a step by step report of what to do, when you ge tthe software, you have to configure some parts, running, if it hs limits, guess what the rest of your site is doing, get the information, analyze it, brake it down by priority, send it, follow up etc!!! must people are too busy or too numerical illiterated to understand what the tools are telling them, so I do all that for you and I break it down into a step by step things that you need to focus now to solve the problems, there is nothing like this into the market, for a fraction of the price of any software, you are buying an entire solution!!!
