For Sale Huge animation project

Hey all!

Ever have a goldmine in your pocket, but your pants were too fucking tight to reach in and pull anything out? Not thrilled to be posting this ad, but circumstances have left me no choice. Now up for sale is my website/project xxx3dfantasy.com. This is a large package of hundreds of original, high quality animated clips and loops, pngs, storyline, website - most of which have never been seen by anyone but the creators. This is as exclusive as it gets and the quality is higher than almost anything on the net as far as animation. There is a lot of money to be made here for someone who knows how to market and distribute properly. The backstory of why I am selling is long and mostly personal, yet I will be glad to share with any potential buyers so you understand why I am letting go of this goldmine for a short price. I will break it down in five sections:

1. Product

Xxx3dfantasy was going to be a membership based paysite featuring mini-sex games with high quality animation. Our budget ran out before game development and while we have 4 games on the site now, the design was compromised greatly from what the vision was due to money constraints. So the materials are complete, the development and post production are still needed. This is an (under)estimated breakdown of what you will be getting in the deal. A full render reel is being pieced together now(ready by Monday) so interested parties will be seeing exactly what they are getting. There are 12 characters the the content is divided pretty equally amongst. The pack will include but will not be limited to the following:

180 plus loops - 5 sex positions 3 camera angles, per character (more like 200-210 though)
12 "money shots" - facials and creampies mostly - 1 per character (one still needs to be done for Snow White)
30 plus non-loop shots (zooms/camera pans) mainly on the fairytale characters (Snow white, Alice, Little Red, Juliet)
24 Promotional extra animated clips of sexy walk both clothed and nude as well as a 3 or 4 second "show off" clip for each character (png format)
12 Short stories with a Q and A (4) for set up , 8 of these tie together for an on going story line, well written with comedic angle
100 plus promo PNG still shots of characters, high quality many with clothed and nude versions
36 Q & A PNGs for question responses (ie Happy, bored, sad for each character)
45 plus advertising banners in jpg and gif format, all sizes with good CTRs in testing via JuicyAds (PSDs as well for alterations if needed)
1 website with domain
1 promo trailer

Many extras including some BJ loop clips of the school girl seen on last page of tour. Lots of action clips for final episode with alien character. Too much to mention, but lots of game oriented icons, consoles(psds), side character stills, backgrounds, ect

All animation is rendered in a Raw MOV format with a 800 x 450 screen size at 30fps. This expands to 1080 x 720 quite well with out much loss so can be marketed as HD.




2. Points of interest

Since there has been very limited exposure to existing site (under 70k visits), re-branding is still totally possible. As my Epoch rep pointed out, "it isn't really 3d" - woah - so if desired, new logo and website may carry product better.

Conversion ratios still look good with bad pricing structure, and rushed website. No adjustments or split testing has been done but I am certain it can be improved. I don't have exact numbers, but believe we are at about a 1/525.

Format of distribution is still wide open. While we had created our "emergency puzzle games" to get live and present the animation, there is much room for improvement if a proper game is set up to distribute clips slower and 'string out' the release of content.

My previous site/project xxxelfxxx.com grossed almost 2 mil in sales in first three years with a total industry noobie (that would be me) running it. I will be selling that site in a few months and a huge back log of unreleased content. This could give you a nice crossover if you're needing more to release. A discounted price would be in order for a buyer of xxx3dfantasy.

I have been told animation has become one of the few profitable areas in the adult industry. People are still willing to pay if they can't get it on a tube site for free. Keeping this in a game format cuts way back on the piracy and free distribution.




3. Pricing

My price is based on the character packages, each estimated at 25k(x12). Since this is a bulk purchase, I am knocking 10% off each package and including all the extras for free (website, domain, trailer, stories, promo renders, banners, ect). My asking price is 270k. I will consider offers that are in the range of asking price if nothing better comes along. At this price I will just about be breaking even with $ invested and getting paid a modest amount for time working. If there are multiple interested parties, we will find a way to auction it off to the highest bidder.




4. Continued Content Creation

I need work once my sites are sold and I am more than happy to secure that with the new owners if possible. I have 7 years experience in rendering animation and 20+ years in photoshop. I am flexible in what follows if changes in format are desired. The general 25k character package deal looks like this:

1 custom character design (i will work with you to create what you want). You can do three rounds of refinements with me to get the ladies to look like you want them to if desired. ($1000) Please keep in mind, longer hair can be very problematic in animations if it is lacking a good morph movement set.

1 scene set or landscape design with lighting and props. While I am a bit limited in this aspect, I can usually come up with something to carry any scene. Times very greatly in this process and a lot of testing is usually required to get lighting set. Two rounds of alterations/refinements if desired. ($1000)

12 Promo Images both clothed and nudes in high res PNG format. Good for splash screens, website, wallpapers, banners, and extra content releases. If you have specific poses in mind, let me know. Otherwise i will just keep it sexy and provocative! This includes all photoshop work to remove any render flaws that commonly occur. ($3600)

3 layered Q&A images with typical response/reactions to dialogue (Happy, bored, disappointed) Photoshop work included. ($1200)

15 animated sex loops, 5 positions with three camera angles of each pose. These will be rendered at 1080 x 720 to maintain full HD quality. Input on what positions is welcome, but I am somewhat limited by how the models function with extreme bends and presets that are available. I can customize a bit as well, but for the most part I have 25 or so poses that are best for quality renders. ($10500) Please note that in rare cases, Adobe AE fixes may be required to mask flaws. I am not proficient enough to do this and it may need to be outsourced. This is not included in the package cost.

1 money shot , facials or creampies preferred but I am open to splatting elsewhere if desired. Typically the C-shots are 15 to 20 seconds of animation, all custom, and where I pay close attention to details to bring characters to life (expressions, eye movements, reactions, ect) There is a possibility of upgrading what has been done to this point if you are up for spending more. ($6000)

2 ending still shots of character happy and satisfied and dripping with cum (hand drawn in PS) corresponding with how animation ends. Photoshop included. ($1700)

Generally, turn around time is 8 to 10 weeks for full character package. I could however work on 2 packages at the same time using two computers which could most likely be done in 12 weeks. Please note - no rape-y stuff or crazy monster sex. I am cool with "rough" sex (see Skully game for my limits) and alien chicks, but not gonna do the ogres and demons pounding away. Please also keep in mind that a near 50% of renders are done multiple times to remove flaws by me in this process. It is not a plug-in and click render to create the quality I strive for. I do take pride in churning out near flawless content. Any flaws that do arise that can't be fixed by me will be presented to you, and you can decide if you want to pay for post work or eliminate that pose. Anything that I happen to miss (and it does happen) will be re-rendered for you at no cost if it is fixable on my end.

Other artists may be available as well that I can refer you to to increase content production if desired, though they are all freelance and prices/capabilities may vary.

I am willing to train your employees as well. In this case, I would require an extra 5k for each package they are trained on. I will be living in Humboldt county CA, and the training will have to take place in my office space at the times I generally work which may vary, late nights are where most of it gets done. A schedule could be laid out to allow for consistency.


5. In closing?


There is a lot done for you here to capitalize on. There is still a need for some post production and or game production on your end. I am just providing the key elements you need and with some creative development and distribution, there is no limit to where this can be taken as far as your profits go. I am not interested in partnerships, or deals that would require extended payoff terms. Could be a browser issue NARob. I know Firefox works well if you want to try. Other than that, did you click on the text? Clicking the "next" in text box or answer to questions should advance to the "puzzle game" which depicts the animation. My good friend and developer for these games is currently in ICU, a big reason I am selling now. These games were rushed and I wouldn't recommend them as the vehicle to show off these animations. Ok, checked with Firefox. Looks like it doesn't work with Chrome (the most popular web browser). I think you'd do better just selling the animations. I don't see much value, overall. Maybe a few thousand for the exclusive rights. If you want to liquidate it, let me know.
