Hi everyone,

I want to sell my website AdultWebmasterBlog.com.

The site makes $200-$500 profit every month.

Earnings comes from the affiliate programs of Arvixe, Namecheap, CrakRevenue, PlugRush, PimpRoll, TumblingJazz, Tube Sites Submitter and BuyProxies.org. Furthermore, I occasionally do coachings via Skype for an hourly rate.

Traffic comes from Google search, GFY, WarriorForum, Facebook and Twitter in this order.

I have not yet utilized the full earning potential. The domain adultwebmasterstore.com was planned to be a store for adult content, software, services etc. for the visitors of my blog as well as other adult webmasters. I could not complete it due to my university degree. I already found good suppliers I can hook you up with though.

AdultWebmasterBlog.com requires very little maintenance (~1h per week) and will provide you with a recurring income every month.

Reason for sale: I almost finished my BSc in Computer Science and I need cash to pay for my Masters.

I thought I had already found a buyer last month; however, he did not want to reveal anything about his identity, wanted me to push the domain to him in advance and when I found it a bit suspicious and asked for using an escrow service he refused it as well. Sounds legit lol. I decided it would be better to give it another try.

This year I did two coachings, one for $50, and one for $100. I rejected one more offer as I did not have the time. Coachings play a small role in the overall earnings.

The hosting income is pay-per-sale. The commission is 1-6 sales per month = $70/sale and 7-12 sales per month = $90/sale. There are also higher levels up to $135 but I never sold more than 8 per month.

October total earnings are $800.82. However, this is before hosting commissions matured. You always have a few people who not fulfil all requirements for a commission etc. I estimate the actual earnings to be around $400-$600 for October.
