Surfers upload their photos through the upload page, about 100-120 submissions per day, about %50 are garbage/dick pics but the other %50 are good quality nude selfies, so The content comes directly to you. It uses wordpress, you can also hotlink the image and not uploading it to your server if you want. revenue comes from adsterra and trafficshop popunders and banners. there are 6 links that are sold each for $300-400 for a year.  and you can sell more of course.
