Hi,

my friend is selling his domains (without content). So I though that someone can be interested here.

Total traffic is 80k/month with 340k imp./month. Most domains are on sale without content. Most sites run for years by itself with no need of manual action. There are no hardlinks sales or advertisement sales.

What is the reason for selling them without content/scripts? They would be much more likely to fetch bids as functional sites

It can be sold with content as well. But there are some difficulties. I don't count free content, that would come with domains.

There are some content licences, so it would have been transfered. Content has 750GB, around 150k files and 43GB MySQL database. Server is set to understand .html as .php.

Paid (licensed) content is more than 800 videos and 160k photos. It cost $8500 when they bought it several years ago.
