60k+ Net Per Year Tube for Sale

Have a tube site for sale, nets 60k+ USD per year and can probably make more with additional link sales, running own aff, ads etc. 75%+ traffic comes from search and no issues with google or otherwise. About 2.5M uniques per month with 60%+ T1 and rest mix T2 and T3 Monetized with exoclick, Admaven, and Evadev + link sales. Domain is held in escrow currently by major/respected industry broker. Will disclose who if you are serious. Domain itself is VERY good. Nothing stupid. Will accept crypto or escrow.com Have sold another site on here to another GFY user for 25k with no issues several months ago. Broker with whom domain is in holding was the original seller of the site to me over 1 ear ago now. My crypto project has taken off so I am unloading my adult assets.
