Domain appraisals are worthless. Domains are only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. Like anything in this life.

offer is not available anymore. i sold few names here guys, also recently and I know how much this name is worth. Yes, estibot appraisal is worthless on brandable names, being mainly influenced by traffic but in this case we have a strong keywords combination delivering solid traffic and thus the domain has value.
