You pay for the start of a pr2 and the domain I guess. The traffic is close to 0 obviously. I wonder if this way of building blogs and selling them directly is profitable? If it took 2 hours to build this website than I would need at least $60 so that I have made $30 in an hour to make it worth my time.

Since It's PR2 and is installed WP and design $60 should be achivable. I wouldn't sell it for that though since it has obviously got some incoming links since It's PR2 and a bit of age, I'd get some feed's up on there and probably make those $60 within a month or 2.
