Hi guys,

After 8 years in adult business I've decided to get out of it.

I sold already all the projects except one, that we've made 2 years ago, but never started. I had simply no time for it. So just now we finished it, refreshed concept it a little bit, fixed all bugs, to sell to better manager than am I.

The paysite is http://www.18ftp.com - is a paid FTP server with almost 3000 full-length scenes available for download. Made with modern AJAX technology with quite easy and understandable navigation. Current billing is SegPay.

It has also NATS based affiliate program for webmasters http://www.ftpcash.com with almost zero active webmasters for now. Current profit is close to zero... like $300 a month or something

The main thing that worth money there is the content database that was bought for almost $80.000.

It consist of almost 3000 full-length scenes, licensed from 4 studios, 2257 compliant.
It is ripped from original DVDs, cutted by scenes, chosen only 80% of best videos. We have own descriptions for every scene, manually chosen and filtered in PhotoShop thumbnails, 3 short 30 sec clips for every scene for promo, DVD covers, static pictures etc. Most DVDs shoot in 2004, but it has some from 2007 and it has some older than 2004.

All the content encoded in 2000kbps WMV + 256kbps FLV + 512 kbps FLV + 768 kbps FLV. Totally 1.3 terabytes of content. FLVs aren't used in this project for now, but in the future you'll probably need them, to make some kind of tube site.

All the job done took many months, sure this content database we used on all of our projects not only 18ftp

So now is the deal. I am ready to sell the paysite 18ftp.com + affiliate program www.ftpcash.com + content database with all the domains and large capacity server where it hosts now for $15000 that is 1/5th of just a content price.

We will change billing to your own. You'll get a copy of the licenses and will work as a part of my company, I can't make changes to the licenses. Domains will be transferred to your registrator, but should be still with my company name in WHOIS details. You can make mirrored aliases though for that domains if you want to change domains to your own.

icoosoft is that part of the fucked up icoocash or wtf it was called that closed and started a version 2 or am I just mixing things up?

IcooSoft is my company. We had icoocash affiliate program with main paysite icoonet.com which is still working, just not accepting new webmasters anymore. We also had icoocash2 affiliate program with main pay site hqtube.com... now both that projects are sold to the new owners.

The site looks cool. I was looking through the content and I couldn't help but notice "Pink Eye" #2 and #4. I can't believe they made it past the first one. lol!
